DELIVERY IS FREE to UK MAINLAND on all orders.

• We are only able to deliver the Arch Cabinets, larger Loop Cabinets/sideboards to Europe or Internationally. Please contact us for a shipping price.

• When your item is ready for dispatch, we will inform the customer by email.
• UK delivery should take place within 3 - 8 days of the item being dispatched.
• The courier company will contact the customer to arrange delivery.
• If it is not a suitable date, another date will be arranged.
• The customer will have to confirm that this new date is suitable.
• If the customer can no longer accept delivery once a date has been confirmed, we will have to add a charge for delivery.
• Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control mean that we are unable to meet the stated deadlines and we will inform the customer as soon as possible if this situation occurs. We cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. In this situation, the customer’s right to cancel will remain.
• For UK delivery of large furniture items, the delivery is undertaken by 1 man so the customer will need to ensure there is suitable help at the delivery destination. The items can be heavy.
• For Continental Europe delivery, there will be 1 man to deliver. Please ensure there will be suitable help at the delivery destination. The items can be heavy. 
• For Continental Europe and International delivery, your item will usually be crated or palletized and delivered to your front door.
• Most items we sell are assembled, apart from the Boulder Display units and Arch Cabinets which are delivered without the feet attached to avoid any possible damage in transit. The customer will need to re-attach the feet. Both items are very easy to assemble.
• Please ensure that access is possible and suitable.
• Please take note of the dimensions supplied on the product pages.
• CoucouManou cannot be held responsible for the inability to access the correct room.
• Delivery to Offshore Islands - KW1, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-PA80, ZE - will incur an extra charge of £50. Please contact us to arrange payment. Delivery to these postcodes will be undertaken by only one person and not a two man team, so the customer will need to ensure there is help at the delivery destination.
• In the case of a number of items being ordered together we will endeavour  to deliver everything at the same time.
